Late autumn 2017 installed this flagstone patio for a Manitou customer with a bench area where there had been an open-space dump area, and a cement-block retaining wall.

Spring 2017 project at elegant Briarhurst Manor Estates in Manitou Springs, sprucing up for prom/summer seasons: replacement and painting of some 150 feet of lattice fence with board-on-board, with removal of 40 years’ worth of wood vine and repair of wishing well.

Spring 2016 project at Briarhurst: replacement and painting of nearly 100 feet of 7-foot shadowbox screen fence, as well as repair of lattice work and replacement of weathered cedar gazebo roof shingles.
